This has been interesting for all of us, and it was just a matter of time before this issue would show up. We’d like to thank Trotty for posting the link and Cwerthers for being cool about it, and all the rest of you for voting your opinions. I’m sure that if we could be this thorough with all the pieces, Cwerther wouldn’t be the only one in the spotlight, so throw some love his way, I think he deserves it.
The majority the YayArt community feel that the artwork is too close to the original. We’ve taken the consequence of this, and are crowning DarioBerardi's "Electric Pic.nic" as a new winner. Knowing DarioBerardi's style, my guesstimate is that this one is a fullblood original :)
Congrats to DarioBerardi, you were only marginals behind, so you deserve it :)

Congrats! I think yayart should consider adding a requirement to include not personally produced stock in the submissions. That way we won't see this problem again.
