I‘ve heard the ripple effect argument before, how one thing can reach and effect soo many other things, places and people. However, I believe that despite the meaning of the phrase, most people hear it and think mostly of ripples on a lake, puddle, etc., instead of the intended meaning. On the other hand, almost everyone knows that 1 little turn on a rubix cube can change everything. One side almost complete, and the other sides are in total disarray.

However, when it comes to the world and life, it’s not little colored pieces, but existence itself. The world is never sure. Change is constant, yet erratic at times. What seems like a slight shift on one side, could devastate
another. What brings peace to one, brings war to another. Flood, famine, disease... destroying some, bringing money to others. Everything living, dieing, exisiting from the continual shifting. Alliances/friendships change, what were once peaceful neighbors are now bitter enemies. Natural resources, natural disasters, greed, power, peace... nothing is sure.

All it takes, is a single turn.
